They handled the photography and listing very quickly. And, given accurate pricing and preparation, my coop sold very quickly and for the above listing. Since I had lived in my coop for many years and it was my first sale, they were even able to recommend a law firm to handle the sale. Since I was unable to attend the closing due to moving to another state, they arranged for me to sign all required documents in advance of the closing.
