Finding your next home in one of the world’s greatest real estate markets should be stress-free. But often, even just knowing where to start can be overwhelming. Julia’s passion is ensuring her clients a seamless and stress-free experience when finding their perfect home.
 
Throughout her career, Julia has developed a sincere love for all things real estate. But her greatest joy is matching prospective buyers with their dream homes. As a co-founder of NY Global Group with her partner Nikolay, she specializes in finding off-market properties in the New York market and successfully closing even the most complicated of deals. Julia is licensed in both New York and New Jersey and is also a member of the International Entrepreneurs Association.
 
For Julia, New York City is a city like no other, full of diversity, opportunity, and unbelievable beauty. She could not be more fortunate to have found success in a career that allows her to live in such an incredible city while helping homeowners and homebuyers fulfill their dreams.
