Nikolay is the Founder & CEO of CITY SPHERE, having sold over 100 properties across Manhattan and Brooklyn in the career spanning over a decade. Formerly associated with companies such as Compass and Keller Williams - Nikolay, together with Julia, have gone to open up their own brand to help bring the vision of what a real estate brokerage should be in modern day and age.

CITY SPHERE has a strategic partnership with Side.com, venture backed real estate company supporting and uniting some of the top brokerages in the nation with over 6,000 agents. This partnership allows CITY SPHERE to have a competitive advantage in technology and marketing as well as global reach.

As a seller’s broker, Nikolay is able to market properties in 40+ countries, reaching 140 million+ potential buyers. Additionally, having developed a vast network over many years in the industry he is able to help some of the clients discretely showcase their homes. Each property is unique and will get its own custom plan depending on the client’s needs, goals and aspirations.

As a buyer’s broker, Nikolay many times does not only look at what is available online and instead searches for opportunities beyond to find the right match for his clients. He patiently discerns their individual requirements, guiding them to the perfect property and often uncovering hidden opportunities or challenges others might miss.

Nikolay has previously earned a spot in the top 50 teams according to the annual Wall Street Journal rankings.

Having previously pursued a career as a professional tennis player in Spain, Nikolay now devotes much of his free time to his beloved wife and son.
