Get to Know Me

Originally from Europe, after living in NYC for quite a while, Farkhad has grown deeply connected to its pace, its culture, and its endless sense of possibility. He still carries the perspective and warmth of his European roots, but New York is where his ambitions found their home.

That connection is what drives his work as a real estate salesperson. Farkhad isn’t just familiar with the city—he understands it on a personal level. He knows the character of each neighborhood, the evolution of each market, and the stories that make every building unique. His clients feel that passion immediately. Whether he’s finding a cozy apartment for a newcomer or helping an investor navigate the market, he brings insight, dedication, and genuine enthusiasm.

For Farkhad, real estate is more than a profession—it’s a way to share the city that shaped him, helping others discover their own New York stories.
